ScienceDaily (2009-11-11) -- Perceived poor managerial leadership increases not only the amount of sick leave taken at a workplace, but also the risk of sickness amongst employees later on in life. The longer a person has had a "poor" manager, the higher his or her risk is of suffering a healt issue - for example a heart attack within a ten-year period, according to new research.

So being a manager is not only about getting the job done but how to look after your team - what have you learned from your managers and how are you now managing to both deliver and look after team members?
